COVID-19 Information

A Message from Ken J. Bernsen, CEO

Greetings Capital Health Care Network Family,

While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect the entire world, we at Capital Health remain committed to the highest health and safety standards. We know this time has been difficult, frustrating, and unprecedented for our residents, their families, and staff. Even so, we are honored to serve seniors in Ohio and West Virginia. We take the responsibility of safeguarding those most at risk of contracting this highly contagious virus extremely seriously.

We continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state and local officials. Every decision we have made since the emergence of this virus – and will continue to make in the coming days – has been with one thought in mind: the safety of our patients.

Please know that our patients are being cared for by a staff who are second to none. Our cherished Healthcare Heroes have been tremendous in facing these challenging times with an unmatched strength of character. Their courage, resolve and compassion are on display each day. They have gone above and beyond, and I thank every one of them.

Please visit our website often and feel free to reach out to us if you have concerns or questions. Contact information for our agencies is readily available.  You are also welcome to contact our confidential Values Line at 1-888-508-5285.

Continue to stay safe and may God bless you.

Ken J. Bernsen, CEO
