On August 26, 2020, I had knee replacement surgery at Riverside Hospital. Because of concerns about the Covid-19 virus, I was encouraged to not stay overnight in the hospital. This was my third joint replacement, and I knew I couldn’t manage at home without help.
I asked Home Care Concierge to supply me with 48 hours of constant home care, and then daily care hours to be determined by my need. When I got home from the hospital that night Timi, my first helper, was there for me. She and all subsequent helpers were well-qualified, eager to do whatever I needed, professional and friendly.
I couldn’t have done it on my own. Home Care Concierge supplied me with wonderful helpers for as long as I needed help. I needed fewer hours as the days went by and the times were adjusted to my needs. I am so thankful to Home Care Concierge for making my recovery as comfortable as possible.
