Why did you choose a career path in senior healthcare?
I did not initially think I would start a career in healthcare, but this field offers a variety of opportunities for me to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families!
Name your best work moment.
As I am new to my role, I am still encountering new experiences, so my best work moment isn’t in one moment but in a variety of learnings. Embracing change and learning a variety of new skills has been a part of my journey with Capital and that fuels personal and professional growth. As I continue to take steps towards developing, tackling challenges, and navigating through change allows me to be passionate and compassionate for our seniors!
Name some of your favorite things to do outside of work.
Outside of work, I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My dog, Wesley, is my entire heart! Family, friends, and my dog hold a special place in my heart. I love the fall season and getting to spend that time watching the leaves change, drinking apple cider, going to the drive-in, watching movies, traveling, and experiencing new things!
